SNAP is an opt-in program for states. The House reconciliation bill makes states pay billions of new dollars in order to participate. FL has yet to join Summer EBT (kids SNAP in summer) bc it will ā€œcost $13m.ā€ Do you see Florida leaders spending $1.6B to stay in SNAP in ā€˜28?
