Seasonal flowers and foliage from all over the United Kingdom have arrived at @WAbbey, ahead of Their Majesties’ Coronation on Saturday. Flowers have been provided by FlowersFromTheFarm, an association that champions artisan growers, with foliage from The RHS at the High Altar.

🌸🌼🌷 From the Isle of Skye to the coast of Cornwall, and from the mountains of Snowdonia to Tobermore in Northern Ireland, over 120 varieties of flowers have been grown by over 80 members of FlowersFromTheFarm.

We are honoured to share the news that seasonal flowers grown by our members & designed by Shane Connolly & Co will decorate Westminster Abbey for the Coronation Ceremony. The flowers are our gift to Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla on their #Coronation.

When Shane Connolly & Co's #Coronation designs are revealed, amongst our growers' seasonal flowers will be rosemary for remembrance, bluebells and forget-me-nots for constancy of love and daffodils for chivalry by the Grave of the Unknown Soldier #britishflowers

Next to the Quire of the Abbey Shane Connolly & Co's designs will feature hellebores – a particular favourite of The King - honeysuckle, tulips, ranunculus, blossom & aquilegia, an ancient symbol of the Holy Spirit and wild broom grown on the Isle of Skye. So proud of our members.
