So yesterday myself and Claira Hermet decided to try Aerial Silks Flying Fantastic for our new feature on BBC Radio London #WitnessTheFitness2022 tune in tonight from 8:40pm to have a listen to how we got on š¤£š¢š¤¹āāļøš
