A great day at the report launch of Nothing About Us Without Us Community Foundation for Northern Ireland campaign for a womens health strategy. Followed by a tour of Stormont. A joint trip with the Empower project at Creggan Neighbourhood Partnership Women working together for change

Last week Focus members attended Derry Strabane Cncl Pathways out of Poverty event. Lots of organisations there and rich discussion on goals to work towards to improve our city. Our group attended as part of the Northern Ireland Anti Poverty Network lived experience advisory panel

On Friday we had a stall at the fantastic Menopause & Me event at Guildhall organised by Bogside and Brandywell Health Forum Interesting alks and lots of useful advice for women

A much needed wellness day on Saturday as we visited East Erne Empowered Women Lisnaskea for a stress management workshop followed by lunch. Thank you to Mary for welcoming us, it was great to connect with the women from Ealu Dungannon who attended too

We are delighted to see this progress. Since 2020 we have seen demand for our uniform scheme rise. We hope the new legislation will ensure schools adapt their uniforms to be affordable for everyone
