DBL TEAM TRIGGER DRILL. This drill starts with FOOT FIRE in place. Stay together and don’t leave the dbl team until the LB TRIGGERS through or over top. Rather than “dbl to the LB” mentality, think “stay on dbl until LB comes to you”
