Unbelievable to witness this in my lifetime. When I started fellowship ~20y ago, my pts w/ metastatic #melanoma had ~8m median overall survival. With curves that plateau like this, many pts w/ stage 4 disease may well be cured. Just stunning. Never give up, #OncTwitter. #melsm 👊
