Another finished build to add to our list: Harbourline! Harbourline at Farwell on Water offers St. Paul's newest affordable apartments. With one-bedroom units and easy access to the Mississippi River, we're sure St. Paul residents will be hooked on living here.

We celebrated the groundbreaking for Agate Shelter and Housing this week! This project will house around 100 residents with shelter, affordable living and a commercial kitchen. Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate!

This morning we celebrated the groundbreaking of Wadaag Commons, an affordable housing project for East African families. This will be the sixth installment in the Seward Commons development in Minneapolis and has been several years in the making. Now, we get to work!

By my count at least four affordable housing projects have broken ground in Minneapolis recently. - Agate Shelter and Housing - Simpson Shelter and Housing - Opportunity Crossing - Wadaag Commons In total, these projects will add 236 BMR units and 126 shelter beds.
