Proud to announce that yesterday, my bill HB 78, was signed into law! Pension Funds now have the freedom to grow their investments and have a higher rate of return.

This bill includes nearly $300 million in tax relief for farmers and timberland owners, funding for rural hospitals, infrastructure repair, and disaster recovery grants. It is part of an $862 million statewide recovery effort.
