Our colleague Thomas Clark from The Roslin Institute presented the first results of his single nuclei rna seq data in prawn, looking at different moulting stages to try to decipher what controls cellular regeneration. The Genomics session was full again at #EAS2024 ! 🦐🧬

Valentin Thomas presented results from his PhD at Génétique Animale et Biologie Intégrative UMR GABI on trout resistance to VSHv using resistant and susceptible isogenic lines. The response of the resistant line to infection is driven by inflammation genes whereas in the susceptible line it's enriched in ISGs
