🧵Great news from @CMSgov! The Medicare Share Savings Program (MSSP) saved Medicare $1.8 billion 2022, with 63% of accountable care organizations (ACOs) earning payments for their performance!

Families USA (@familiesusa) 's Twitter Profile Photo

This marks the 6th year in a row MSSP generated net savings for Medicare. It has also improved health care quality, with ACOs performing better on a number of measures related to diabetes, blood pressure control, and preventive cancer & behavioral health screenings & follow up!
