MISSING JUVENILES Siblings 11-year-old Pleasant Graham and 11-year-old Brandon Graham were last seen on the morning of July 31, 2024. They were both last seen in the area of Clinton Avenue and Marks Avenue riding their silver scooters.

84yo Arturo Sandoval Rubio was last seen on 10/31/24 @ 5:30 PM walking on Huntington Blvd/Cedar Ave. Mr. Rubio is at risk due to medical issues. He is 5’ 7”, 130 lbs. Clean shaven, bald, brown eyes. Last seen wearing a blue sweater, blue jean pants, and brown boots.
