1 (of 2) A lot of ink spilled on wines we have loved but how about wines we've never had but pray will arrive in our glass some day. Here are my current top 10 wines/houses I have never tasted: Château Rayas Petrus Jacques Selosse Dalla Valle Maya Kongsgaard Chardonnay

First ever bottle of Soldera - what a lovely, lovely bottle of wine. Perfect Barolo-like tannins but color quickly leads you to Brunello. Great balance and really one of the best mouthfeels I've experienced in some time. (Part of a Year of the Dragon tasting back to 1964)
