New patient comes in to seem me and straight away comes clean. “I’m a dentist” 😊😂 It was so nice to speak to him in my own language of dental jargon and gibberish

Dental professionals-if you are getting your kitchen done would you 1.Get everything as cheap as you can-labour &materials? 2.Go mid range on cost? 3. Pay extra for quality if you can afford it (may have to give up a holiday to do so)? Your answer is the mindset of your patients

As a dental veteran my advice to anxious young colleagues is “Relax .. it will all be okay.” 15 years ago it was “Work hard, play harder” Just me ? 😬😂

Patients: please be fully aware of what composite injection moulding (composite bonding on all front teeth) entails It can be a good cosmetic fix but if you aren’t happy & want it removed it’s a long laborious process to do so.Go to reputable clinicians,experienced in this area.
