Dodgers signed RHP Cullen McKay as a UDFA. Two years at Virginia before transferring to Coastal. Only 12.1 IP last season, but allowed just two runs in three starts with 18/10 K/BB.

I trust the internal eval of the Dodgers, but difficult to not see him as at least a backup.

I see this a lot, but betting on baseball was never suspected, so it's apples to oranges. espn.com/mlb/story/_/id… When ESPN ran the story, like 4 agencies were already deeply investigating. If MLB were tipped off that it involved baseball, like other cases, he'd be on leave too.
