I love this creature. Curiosity makes an appearance in The Three Astronauts libretto. He’s a star. Of course he’s taking selfies, and friendly with the Martians!

Missed seeing to moon last night due to cloud cover, but not the “super tide” it brings - totally under the house, as tho we were in a house boat for the past week- especially during the high winds and rain storm we had last week.

The 1918 Spanish flu hit in 3 waves. We are only in the first wave. We can’t assume that because we are seeing some positive signs this will be over soon or that additional waves won’t hit. NYS will not underestimate this enemy.

Today is a momentous day, and New Yorkers deserve it because it has been a long, long road. In honor of the lifting of nearly all COVID restrictions, and in gratitude of our essential workers, we'll have fireworks across the state to celebrate. Look out for them at 9:15pm! 🎆

From what I'm gathering from Andrew Jones thats not exactly the case. To quote Andrew " Presentation included an assessment/comparison of Mars launch windows, not a declaration of aiming for 2033." Here's the slide he obtained. He's a more astute observer of China's space program. 1/

20 years ago ARCHIVED NASA Astronauts #FrankCulbertson took this photo (left) from International Space Station - witnessing the tragedy of 9/11 from 250 miles up. In February of 2020, I witnessed the spirit of #NYC shining ever brightly from the same spot (right). #neverforget911

For those of you who weren't there, or too young to know, Disney's BUZZ LIGHTYEAR was named after Astronaut Buzz Aldrin!!
