Paul Fielder, an old Monsanto colleague, said that 90% of the corn seed now is all inbred from 4 genomes. No one is coding in diversity, they're coding out unwanted traits, hoping for big profit, at the risk of a catastrophic mutation they can't forese. Quote from an Ex Bayer AG

What do you think of my response to NPPC on their LinkedIn Prop 12 post? Secretary Brooke Rollins For the record, I think a functional market should decide how pigs are raised not the states or the federal government but I’m a HUGE state rights fan.

This time of year I often wonder if there are unintended consequences of blanketing large portions of the corn belt with multiple passes of fungicides? RedHillsRancher The Regenaissance John Kempf

Random question and discussion of the day for those of you in the Deep South with swamps. What do alligators do with electrified poly net fence?

If only the House Committee on Agriculture and House Agriculture Committee Democrats and Secretary Brooke Rollins valued America First liberty and freedom that rebuilt vibrant rural communities. Ready for transformational change instead of big ag a$$ kissing? When do the real hearings and meetings start?

There are two paths before us. Food can cost more and it be raised by independent farmers and ranchers who provide some semblance of food sovereignty and freedom in society. OR Cheap food can drive out independent agriculture, rendering us all beholden to giant food

Bridgette Readel Your family is the most important crop you raise, if everything you do on the farm comes at the expense of them you haven’t really accomplished anything no matter what the plaques on the wall or plat book says

We graze about a thousand ewes on almost a thousand acres of solar. It’s a huge opportunity for us to get paid to significantly increase our acreage. My son and Ryan The Regenaissance have an interesting discussion here about Solar grazing. youtu.be/gwPBf_tYjDE

Bills 100% right. Don’t matter if you’re regenerative ag, cow/calf, stocker or feeder. They have complete control of our market. Without an open transparent market nothing else matters. We will be like the chicken and hog industry without fighting to keep our markets.

We rotational graze our gestating sows. They get a hay based ration on top of that to keep them in correct condition. #prop12compliant
