Just used pathfinder (rigidizing overtube) to do an emr of a large polyp behind the IC valve. Would not have been possible without this device due to significant looping. Def worth looking into! Texas Society for Gastroenterology and Endoscopy #ScopingSundays ASGE GI Endoscopy
