Many remember how beautiful the sky was on the morning of 9/11. Today, we’re glad to join 9/11 Memorial & Museum in a shared virtual remembrance recognizing how we are connected underneath the same big sky. #NeverForget911. NeverForget.org

⌛️Wow, 10 years since New York Times Arts did this beautiful feature on our #artstech community. Fitting that I (unknowingly) spent the anniversary hosting “Sunday Paper” with Alex Delotch Davis—our weekly Clubhouse on NYT Arts & Culture stories. Join us next week: clubhouse.com/event/m2KkvnN4

I’m delighted to share that—in addition to my strategic consultancy—I'll be teaching in the 'Contemporary Art Business Programme' at Christie's Education. I'm excited to return to the classroom & share some of the knowledge/insights I've gained during my two decades plus in the arts.

🎧Listening to Angela Duckworth & Freakonomics on No Stupid Questions reconfirms my deeply held belief that traditional art pedagogies are too exclusionary. So many people miss out on the enriching experience of art b/c they have no entry point to spark their curiosity. We must do better.

The crisis extends (and is perhaps even greater) in the arts. Top unis (Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) Penn GSE Stanford Graduate School of Education) no longer have experts & research labs focused on ArtsEd. We must foster ArtsEd research/expertise for the arts to survive. // cc World Alliance for Arts Education InSEA INSEAD Nat'l Endow f/t Arts

🎨#DYN artistic activity can decrease the dropout rate of low-income students by 5X? Grateful Rep. Barbara Lee (Archived) recognized the role the arts can play in dismantling systemic racism & injustice with the ‘Advancing Equity Through the Arts & Humanities Act’ lee.house.gov/news/press-rel…

👩🏼🏫 Excited to be back in the classroom at Teachers College, Columbia University, Columbia University University and waxing poetic about the beautiful mess that is the art world.
