Scrapping care visas will be potentially catastrophic. Care is utterly reliant on migrant workers - and there's still over 130,000 vacancies. We are working with the Government to deliver the pay rise care workers deserve. But this won't arrive soon enough to fill any void.

Carers do vital work and deserve to be paid properly. Fair pay agreements give us the chance to raise wages through collective bargaining - key to filling 130,000 care vacancies. Tories can spare us the policy review and start by apologising to carers for their Covid failures.
