Players...Being a team leader requires that you hold your teammates accountable! As a leader, you are their biggest supporter and also their biggest critic when needed! Players that impersonate being a leader are scared shitless to speak up!

Location is cool. Velo is cool. Arm strength is a must. Arm strength promotes a healthy arm with staying power. Velocity will happen. It can be built and slow rushed, but it isn't happening over night. Do you train right? Eat right? Do all forms of arm design, rehab, blending?

Holding your peers accountable to be better and work harder doesn’t make you a bad person. It doesn’t make you a know it all or a coaches pet. It makes you a LEADER, a TRUTH TELLER, and a TEAMMATE... It makes you a quality friend High Expectations + ❤️ = 🏆

The field, the cages and the weight room before and after practices will tell you a lot about a program. Early work and staying after for extra work are staples of programs with WINNING CULTURE! Time Spent is irreplaceable!

Players...Every time you step on the field it is an interview. Remember, the opposing coach, a fan, or parent from the other team may have an outstanding baseball network and get asked about you. They may like u enough to pick up the phone for u without u knowing. U NEVER KNOW!
