Just under 2 months to go until Everest Base Camp trek. Time to start into gear list.

Ahhhh, the joys of spring skiing. Just done putting in a few turns at Nakiska. +9 and soft snow. Legs a bit sore from stairs yesterday.

Less than 8 weeks to Everest Base Camp Trek. I'm starting to get excited now. So much to do...train / gear lists / travel shots...nice

Had to slug out an hour of bike and treadmill...boring. If it wasn't for Everest Base Camp, there would be zero chance of completion.

5 sets of stairs at COP today. One hour 50 mins. 7 weeks to go. It was a bit of a chilly one this morning at 8am.

Picked up the Motley Crue biography for JC. Good reading for Everest. I read the first couple of chapters...hard to believe it is true.

So many things to review for upcoming Base Camp Trek. Gear list review, shots, make sure business matters all taken care of, workout. Tired.

JC leaves for Everest tonight. I will be off to the airport soon to see him off. Hope to join up with him in about 60 days in Base Camp

Morbs and I just dropped off JC and family off at airport for Everest Expedition. Travel safe, climb safe and have fun brother.

First leg of trip complete. In Hong Kong at the lounge of the W hotel. Next 3 days I will be here checking things out. Then off the Nepal

Nice to have my buddy JC back from Mt. Pumori in one piece. We hit the gym together today...was good motivation for me.

Well, I kicked off the 2009 ski season today. Half day at Nakiska. Not many runs open, but still fun...

West Coast Trail will be my 2011 adventure. Need to start figuring out gear lists, training...oh yeah those damn ladders to climb too.

6 more days to Jamaica departure. Looking forward to finally seeing the summer. Then get back and really focus on liveoutthere.com - excited
