This week's special guest lecture featured Jane Kurtzman, MD, a reconstructive fellow from University of Utah Health Division of Urology. Kurtzman spoke about the new GU-IMPACTS initiative she and Division of Urology Chief Jeremy Myers, MD, launched with colleagues in Rwanda and Cambodia.

#CHUK Urology services received a boost through 3 American Specialists in Adult reconstructive Urology.The surgeons from University of Utah's Center for Global Surgery are here for a week-long tour of service under GU-IMPACTS suporting our Specialists&training of new surgeons in the sub-specialty.

Excited about the potential partnership with the Rwandan Urologic Association, Rwandan Ministry of Health and GU-IMPACTS in creating high value local fellowships for training in urologic subspecialties - it was a productive and wonderful winter trip to @hospitalCHUK
