I’m the type of person who has to resolve an issue right away. The fact that I have to sit here all weekend with this energy is impacting me negatively. Meditating all day to digest this feeling and allowing it to settle.

I dated someone who was HIV + undetectable. Last night I got to educate someone who had an old view point of what that is. To never view a person as less than because of it. They aren’t. Did it respectfully. Those positive conversations help people understand better.

To anyone starting back at the gym: Remember, you are in a league BY YOURSELF. This is for YOU. You CAN do this. Take it slow and gradually increase as YOU get stronger. Do NOT feel embarrassed. Feel proud YOU are taking the steps. I believe in YOU. I was YOU 13 years ago.

Wake up in the morning and I celebrate. Say my prayers and then I meditate. Wake up in the morning then I levitate. Do a sun, pranayama, meditate. I start my morning with breathe and self analysis. Giving thanks and gratitude to life and all its challenges. My heart is open.

Somebody get the tacos. Somebody spark a blunt.
