The easiest way to beat your man, is getting as close to your defender as possible, get their feet to slow down or stop and completely eliminate their cushion. I call this posture Double Threat Position and in my opinion it's the most impactful technique in the game.

The boys were awesome yesterday. With GainesvilleLax, they handed out over 1800 wreaths that were lain on the graves of veterans. Thanks to all the players, parents, and families that came out. Hope to get to see this again next year!!
