…and women because there are….more of them!? Agree that implementation (NB : as envisaged) ‘is not going anywhere quickly’. That can only be because control rests with few and some of those don’t like the choice the strategy was to offer women on models of maternity care….2/n

Otherwise, we’d have had the strategy implementation in a far more genuine manner far more quickly. 3/3.
