On Sunday we hosted another popular fermentation masterclass with @sycamoresmythN4. Everyone went home with 4 ferments each - cucumbers, tomato, kimchi and summer cabbage. Look out for our next fermentation masterclass in early 2024! #foodlearning Garden Museum
