One recent pattern sequence I've been playing before improvising with it: (HH plays quarters) RLKick as 1/4 note triplets, then 8ths, then 8th triplets, then 16ths, then 16th triplets and make way back to 1/4 notes triplets. Then try and go between different ones at random :)
