Every day we find out that a different pool of millions of federal dollars was misused and money intended to help our citizens and our neighborhoods was stolen. At best it’s mismanagement. At worst it’s corruption. My full statement on Buffalo's American Rescue Plan funding. 👇🏾

NEW: Tom DiNapoli DiNapoli’s office sent me this after I asked about an investigation into Buffalo’s handling of the Rescue Plan program: “We have received and are reviewing a recent request for investigation.” I’m still waiting for a response from Treasury Department. @wgrz
