Garner Fire-Rescue will be holding a MODIFIED Firemen's Festival event on Sat from 11 to 7 at Station 1 at corner of Main and Benson Sts. Due to weather, the outdoor events (including parade) have been canceled. There will be a drive-thru BBQ plate and T-shirt sale 11-7. Town of Garner, NC

Garner Fire-Rescue will have t-shirts for sale on Saturday, October 1 during their drive-thru BBQ event at Fire Station #1, 503 W. Main St. $20 each. Youth and Adult sizes will be available!

There are two upcoming community informational meetings on Jan. 11 and 12 about a possible merger between the Town of Garner, NC and Garner Fire-Rescue. Just a reminder that we have a Safe Exchange Zone in front of the @garnerpolice Station (914 7th Ave.). It's a safe place to complete online transactions or conduct other types of meetups. As the sign says, the area is under round-the-clock video surveillance.
