Terlipressin received FDA approval for HRS-AKI. mnk.com/about/news-and… Avoid use in patients with ACLF grade 3 and do not initiate if patient hypoxemic (e.g. SpO2<90%). Patients with SCr>5 unlikely to benefit.

The interpretation of the NEJM on colonoscopy is crystal clear. 1. For people who get colonoscopy the chance for colon cancer and mortality for colon cancer decreases dramatically. As expected. 2. For people who don’t get colonoscopy, this does not happen. It is that simple.
