We’re not receiving any aid into the #GazaStrip, the #Rafah crossing area has ongoing military operations - there have been continued bombardments in this area throughout the day. No fuel or aid has entered into #GazaStrip and this is disastrous for the humanitarian response.

On #WorldHumanitarianDay, we remember + pay tribute to aid workers killed & injured around the world. In #Gaza, there have been way too many of them since the war started 10 months ago. At least 289 aid workers including 207 UNRWA team members & 885 health workers lost

UNRWA is the largest primary healthcare provider in #Gaza, contributing to over half the health services provided to people. 85 medical points and 9 out of 26 UNRWA health centres are still operational. Health workers & facilities must be protected at all times #ActforHumanity
