What’s with the term ‘reactive abuse’? Dark personalities (narcissists/psychopaths push people beyond that which is comprehensible to those who have not been targeted. They relentlessly demean, humiliate, diminish, control, manipulate, deceive & go to great lengths to destroy

The parentified daughter had to be the responsible and strong one because no one else was. She wants someone to lift her load, to care about what she feels, and to be a shoulder for her to cry on instead of keeping it together.

Now hearing from Professor Geetanjali Gangoli on racially minoritised women's experiences of domestic abuse. Racially minoritised women more likely to experience police involvement but less likely to get 'justice' through the CJS #ADA2024

Leaving an abuser is just the first step; post-separation abuse is real and can take many dangerous forms. Know the signs 🚩 #coercivecontrol #postseparationabuse

“Women have been driven mad, "gaslighted," for centuries by the refutation of our experience and our instincts..We…have a primary obligation to each other: not to undermine each others' sense of reality for the sake of expediency; not to gaslight each other..” Adrienne Rich

I never want to hear again how a “rape accusation will ruin a man’s life” now that we have a man who was found to have committed rape elected president of one of the most powerful countries in the world… for the SECOND time.

“I can see the complaints coming from a handful of middle-class women of a certain age,” says Gregg Wallace in a video he has posted online this morning. Nothing says ‘I’m not a misogynist’ like stereotyping women. Great work Gregg, tell us who you are again.

I am one of those women. Someone who put up with terrible sexual bullying in my 20s at work. I had no idea what to do about it. I do now and I will support any young woman subjected to abuse by someone in a position of power. #MiddleClassWomanOfaCertainAge

Beware of exposing or challenging a narcissist/psychopath. They are extremely vitriolic & will punish anyone, even their own family members & friends, who do so. Their punishment is like bringing an atomic bomb to a gunfight. They is no line they will not cross.
