When you cover a member of your teams weekend on call so they can have a much needed break from work and then give you a 🎁 as a "thank you"....says more about my drinking habit than management style me thinks 🤣🤣

Some how I've managed to get myself the role of Governance Lead for General Surgery......and it comes with lots of extra work and responsibility......this wasn't mentioned at the interview 🤣🤣
