Some times we’re so focused on what we still have to do that we don’t stop to realize how much we’ve already done. Appreciate the process; not just the product. #FridayFeeling

Direct feedback to someone is your best strategy to improve their performance. Unfortunately, many leaders hate confrontation and, therefore, refuse to provide it. That leaves others to have a false opinion of themselves and their impact on others and on the organization.

Most people have three gears: 1. Easy 2. Medium 3. Hard If you want to go hard you've also got to go easy, or else you burnout. The accumulation of many medium efforts eventually becomes hard, which, again, requires going easy. Always be asking: Is stress balanced with rest?
