Next up, Dr. Amy Trottier with the Division of Hematology of Dalhousie University discusses hereditary predisposition to hematologic malignancy, including how, when, and who to consider testing and what to do with the results. #CCMG2024

Starting soon, Drs. Jillian Parboosingh and Elizabeth McCready will moderate an interactive session on behalf of the Continuing Professional Development Committee aiming to help fill the genomics knowledge gap for healthcare providers of all types. #CCMG2024

Following the CPD Committe Presentation join in for the Atlantic Provinces Genetics Lunch Symposium, opening with Dr. Kathleen Hodgkinson of Memorial University reviewing three decades of work focusing on heritable sudden cardiac death in Newfoundland and Labrador. #CCMG2024

Wrapping up the lunch symposium, Dr. Jane Green of Memorial University will discuss characteristics of Newfoundland populations which have facilitated development of hereditary cancer screening programs and results of these endeavours. #CCMG2024
