Very happy to announce the publication of our new SV genotyping tool for long read data: SVJedi-graph. Congrats to Sandra Romain for her first PhD student paper ! Come meet us and see Sandra present the method and its results at #ISMBECCB2023 #HiTSeq doi.org/10.1093/bioinf… 1/3

SVJedi-graph is based on the construction of a variation graph representing the entire reference genome and all its alternative SV alleles. It allows better genotyping performance especially for close or overlapping SVs. 2/3

It's also very fast, genotyping >10,000 SVs with a 30X PacBio whole human dataset in less than 30 minutes! Try it on github or bioconda github.com/SandraLouise/S… 3/3
