Our new preprint with #Bruker introduces synchro-PASEF, a highly efficient DIA scan mode that follows the ion cloud naturally. Fragments are directly linked to precursors via precursor slicing, generating pure, DDA-like ms/ms spectra. doi.org/10.1101/2022.1…

Synchro-PASEF out now in MCP: a very fast & sensitive new scan mode for #timsTOF Bruker. It links fragments to precursors enabling the deconvolution of DIA space to DDA-like ‘pure fragmentation spectra’ by slicing precursors in ion mobility dimension. doi.org/10.1016/j.mcpr…

We've got something exciting to share before #ASMS2024! But first, how confident do you feel about your DIA search? #TeamMassSpec

Cellular states prior to stimulation will be predictively associated to outcomes. By linking variable proteomes to responses, we may identify regulators. biorxiv.org/content/10.110… Here, we use single-nucleus proteomics to identify regulators of LPS-induced protein transport🧵

We just release alphaDIA 1.8.2 including some new step-by-step guides for #Proteomics. Learn how to: • Run DIA searches from the GUI • Create custom PTM models with DIA transfer learning • Evaluate model performance with detailed metrics alphadia.readthedocs.io/en/latest/guid… #TeamMasSpec

Did Microsoft really need to ship a whole new Windows just to fix shellshock? See, this is what I've been saying Linux patching is superior.

I am not a parody account. How many stupid jokes about writing songs about ex-boyfriends do you see? I'm Taylor Swift. InfoSec Professional.
