Congratulations to our apprentice diagnostic radiographers who graduated this week! They trained through the new apprenticeship route with University of Exeter UoE Medical Imaging, and have all successfully gained jobs to continue at Royal Devon.

Delighted to be continuing my professional development in the RD&E Medical Imaging dept by being offered a CT/MRI Radiographer post🥳 Currently nursing a ruptured ACL, sprained medial collateral ligament and torn meniscus but excited to start this journey in the new year #radiography

Tomorrow I embark on the next step in my career as a CT/MRI Radiographer Apprehensive but also feeling reflective and proud of my journey from a Rad Assistant, to an apprentice, a general Radiographer and then deciding to specialise into CT/MRI Here’s to the next chapter☺️

After completing my cannulation course on Saturday, I have cannulated my first patient - and it was a success! What a mental barrier to overcome but definitely not as bad as I thought it would be! 😁 #radiographer #SoR #CT
