Today is World #ElderAbuseAwarenessDay. Elder abuse can be defined as neglect, violence, or emotional, psychological, or financial abuse aimed at anyone over the age of 65. Iowa Department on Aging partners with local Area Agencies on Aging to aid in elder abuse prevention and awareness.
