Thanks to everyone turning up to my presentation at Leibniz IPK where I talked about #GridScore, Germinate Hub and #Helium for genotypic, phenotypic, and pedigree data and highlighted why expecting "Everything everywhere all at once" from an #RSE is unrealistic.

We only just released a new version with lots of features, but development never stops! Next feature coming soon is a germplasm performance page showing how well a germplasm performs against the rest of the trial per trait. #phenotyping #GridScore

📈 We've added a germplasm performance page so you can see how a particular germplasm compares to the rest of the trial on a trait by trait basis. 2/7

🏷️Two new trait types have been added in the form of a GPS trait and an image trait. These let you record the GPS position of an entity and take pictures of it respectively. 3/7

🗺️ A new example trial has been added showcasing the new GPS trait as well as a different use-case for GridScore where we scored data on cows. 4/7

🗓️ The trait data history view has been updated to fix issues and show the historic data in a more useful way. 5/7

⛶ A new setting will let you choose if you want the stepper buttons next to a whole number input to be bigger. This can be useful if you're using it for counting. We're working on adding vibration feedback as well. 📳 6/7

As part of an upcoming new release of #Germinate, we're looking into spider/radar charts. These are very useful for sensory data, but are also more generally useful for #trials data.
