Mrs. Kanipe's AP Chemistry students proudly showcased their Energy projects, demonstrating their understanding of energy transformation, thermodynamics, and real world applications of Chemistry.

Mrs. Dubois's Chemistry class conducted flame tests to determine an unknown metal salt by examining the photons released after heating.

And more news to Celebrate! Congratulations to Reily McKellar! He was 2nd today in the 3A Boys Qualifier and will head to the 3A State Championship next Saturday in Aiken! The boys team just missed qualifying by 1 place. They finished 9th in their race on a hard course!

Mrs. Painter's honors precalculus class created and designed marshmallow catapults to model quadratic projectile motion and determine maximum height, distance, and initial velocity.

EOC Testing Dates: English 2 Writing – Wednesday, December 3rd Biology – Tuesday, December 9th English 2 Reading – Wednesday, December 10th US History – Thursday, December 11th Algebra 1 – Friday, December 12th All tests begin at 8:00AM!

Big Congats to Reilly McKellar! Reilly finished 14th and made all state today the at State Cross Country Meet! What a way to end an amazing season!
