Meal times as be stressful for children and for parents/guardians. Below are some ways to help. 🍏🍎🍊🫐🥦😃

Introducing new food, can be challenging ! Try offer new foods in a predictable pattern, e.g. once a week for eight weeks. Intersperse new meals with old ones. for example, three new teatime/lunches and four tolerated teatime/lunches a week.

Keep offering new foods and in different ways e.g. offering carrot cooked, uncooked, grated, mixed in a sauce etc. Praise your child when they try something new!
