So many papers show this....supine HTN -> nocturnal polyuria (pressure natriuresis) -> morning orthostatic intolerance (hypovolemia)...ironic that permissive HTN may make OH worse! Nocturnal polyuria is common in Parkinson’s and is associated with OH sciencedirect.com/science/articl…
