I am so proud to walk around Caterham School on a damp Saturday and see so much activity facilitated by amazing colleagues - Prep colleagues hosting toddlers in the woods, senior colleagues hosting loads of primary school pupils, art full of pupils just being super creative. Wow.

We must have a national conversation about learners' wellbeing without being diverted into the cul-de-sac about at-risk academic standards. Colleagues @LAEstratford and other high-performing schools have long seen that achievement is a function of wellbeing, not its antithesis.
