I'm proud to share my first paper summing up 3 years of thesis on centronuclear myopathies (CNM). Could the modulation of MTM1 have a positive impact on CNM forms other than MTM1-linked? A big thanks to all the people involved!

BIN1-related centronuclear myopathies are genetic diseases which result in disabling muscle weakness. Giraud et al. show that myotubularin overexpression in mice prevents and partially reverses BIN1-linked centronuclear myopathy. tinyurl.com/mszm7xuk
