Duluc de Branaire is the second label of Château Branaire Ducru, 4th Grand Cru Classé. Cabernet Sauvignon 50 %, Merlot 43 %, Petit verdot 5 %, Cabernet franc 2 % vine age 20 years. Savoury, classic Saint-Julien. Delicious tonight.

Had been looking forward to trying this and wow, did it deliver and then some. Sensational wine (matching with home cured salmon good too!) 63% Pinot Noir, 37% Chardonnay | inc. 9% Red Wine (50% Les Riceys 50% Montagne de Reims) 7g/l dosage.

The perfume of this wine was captivating and enchanting. Had to remember to take a sip…. Perfect age to be enjoying this classic Margaux 66% Cabernet and 34% Merlot.

Unfortunately, as reported nzherald our Jervois Road store was broken into, and access gained to the cellar housing our fine wines. We have published a list of what was taken on our YouTube channel, Facebook, Instagram; these are very specific wines, many rare and collectable.
