Today is Global Scouse Day & I’m celebrating with my version. (There are many). Basic onion, carrot, lamb or beef, potatoes & stock. Slow cooked for at least 3 hours & eaten with pickled red cabbage or beetroot. Blind Scouse is without meat either cos you are veggie or brassic. 🤣
