AL State Representative Danny Garrett received ALET's 2022 Legislative Award. As chair of the HWM Committee, Garrett increased much-needed cybersecurity funding for Alabama public schools. President Bryan Phillips presented the award at ALET's Summer Conference in Tuscaloosa, AL.

Lissa Tucker was honored at ALET Summer Conference. During her time with AASB, Lissa was instrumental in advocating for cybersecurity funding for schools. A small token of our appreciation was presented by ALET President Bryan Phillips.
