Big congrats to Soham! I'm excited about this work in pincer ruthenium catalysis. It's a cheaper metal than iridium, has shown exceptional reactivity under some conditions, and has both diamagnetic and paramagnetic cycles, its chemical symbol is Ru for Rutgers University...
