Barrie Thomas, perhaps Scunthorpe United FC greatest player passes away aged 88. Was an 8 year old watching his hat trick vs Blackpool in the 6-2 FA Cup win in 1961 and a schoolboy watching his 5 goals against Luton in 1965. Never to be forgotten. Will think of him at Eastleigh tonight.
